Each year the National Association of Realtors and Remodeling Magazine provide us agent types with information about home remodeling and the value added by such projects.
The empahsis of the report is to give consumers... like you, an estimate of the cost verses value of a variety of update projects you may be considering.
Please go to the Remodeling Magazine website and click on the Cost vs/ Value link. You'll be asked to fill out a short questionaire and then be given the opportunity to download the report.
As in the past, kitchen and bathrooms have the highest return on investment. Other good value projects include the addition of a wood deck, upgrading windows or a garage additions (we love our toys.)
