Ooooh, our first posting to Urban Life. We think it is important to affirm the intent, purpose and tenor of our blog in this first posting.

Our purpose is to be kinetic, flexible, in the moment and let happen what happens. As we learn to use the clever tools within TypePad we’ll add in graphs, Podcasts, video and other fun gear to make your stay more fun.

Sometimes we’ll be giving you the latest data on the real estate market in Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most of the time we’ll be sharing our community of friends… Like Bill at Tapino Wine Bar, Statements Interior’s own Milt and the countless many whose talents and acquaintance make being the Urban Team a whole lot better.
